Arjun Tendulkar- a likely legend unlike father.

I have been writing many blogs on cricket in the past.out of the 500+ blogs I have written so far ,10 percent Pertains to Cricket.But of late, inspite of watching the Pepsi IPL 2015 regularly ,I was not writing any blogs Though some comments were being posted on Cricket channels.But a news item today prompted me to write yet another blog on cricket. This is about the Indian Legend Sachin Tendulkar's son Arjun Tendulkar. Although he is likely to become a great cricketer,he is unlike his father a Left handed pacer & not a batsman. Sachin started his international carrier at the age of 16 while Arjun went a step ahead of him beginning carrier as a left hand fast medium bowler at the age of 15 in England.In an exhibition match his first victim on international cricket was none other than Brian Lara the west Indian counterpart of Sachin.Wasim Akram who is also a legend as far as left hand fast bowling is concerned, was a witness to the departure of Brian Lara in the match as a fielder . Wasiim Akram was thrilled by the performance of the young boy. Recently when he had been to Mumbai in the capacity of the Coach of Kolkotta Night Riders in an IPL match,he also gave some coaching lessons to the youngster.He says he discovered talent in the youngster as a left Arm Bowler. At Wankhede , Akram was giving Arjun tips on Action,Swing and fitness.He is of the view that Arjun is very keen to become a left arm pacer and is very eager & enthusiastic about playing cricket. At present Arjun Is a member of the age group squad & plays cricket regularly and seriously. With Sachin at his side constantly to give tips on cricket ,Arjun is likely go up in the Carrier of Cricket. Letbus wish the boy every success in playing cricket & in life.
